Pulls carrier performance via carriers_performance and lane analytics via analytics_lanes on your cadence. Builds a report with visualisations, flags underperformers below your DIFOT target, and delivers it before your morning standup.
Monitors freight spend against your budget parameters. When a lane or carrier approaches your defined threshold, Scout sends a proactive alert with full context: carrier, lane, current run rate, projected month-end. Before it becomes a problem.
Monitors open cases for SLA breach risk. When a case goes stale or SLA is at risk, Scout escalates via cases_escalate, reassigns if needed, and notifies the manager. Before the customer calls you.

The Command Centre mirrors the Sparrow logo: two chevron platforms side by side. The left (solid Sparrow green, glowing) holds your active agents. The right (transparent outline, standby) holds agents at rest. One glance tells you how hard your Scout is working right now.
Registered background agents appear as birds - they fly in, land, and animate when selected. User-facing chat agents appear as humanoid characters. Two types, immediately distinguishable, with personality built into every animation.
Select any character and a speech bubble surfaces the actual last output from that agent's most recent run. Not a status badge. Not a log entry. The real words your agent produced - anchored above its head, tied to the character you just selected.
